Description
The U.S. Department of Labor is conducting market research on commercially available digital workforce identity and compliance platforms. Desired capabilities include trusted worker identity and work authorization verification; portable digital credentials for certifications, training, and licensing; electronic records of wage payments, safety training, inspections, and worksite assignments; audit-ready reporting; analytics to identify fraud, inconsistencies, and unlawful labor practices; and privacy, consent, cybersecurity, access-control, data-sharing, and audit-log capabilities. Respondents are asked to provide company and socioeconomic information, relevant federal experience, technical capabilities, artificial-intelligence functionality, reporting and analytics, deployment timelines, training and support, cybersecurity practices, rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, pricing models, cost drivers, and applicable government-wide contract vehicles. Interested vendors must register for a virtual industry day scheduled tentatively for September 24–25, 2026 and be prepared to demonstrate worker identity, digital credentials, compliance records, fraud detection, investigation and audit workflows, and privacy and security controls. This is an RFI for market research and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
