Description
The Washington Military Department intends to award Base Medical PBC a sole-source contract to provide a common baseline search and rescue training program across Washington. The requirement includes on-demand online delivery of curriculum meeting the search and rescue qualifications in WAC 118-04-120, subscription access for volunteer emergency workers and search and rescue coordinators, integration with existing online training accounts, and signup and emergency-worker-status verification for new students. The proposed initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions. The estimated initial contract value is $35,000. The attached proposal describes a statewide training system with unlimited access to the Base Medical PRO SAR course library, custom learning pathways, team-content management, onboarding, technical support, platform administration, curriculum maintenance, reporting, and related wilderness-medicine training capabilities.
