Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for independent psychological assessment services supporting a multisite PTSD clinical trial comparing group and individual Written Exposure Therapy. The anticipated work includes approximately 150 baseline CAPS-5 and MINI assessments, 128 post-treatment CAPS-5 assessments, and 128 three-month follow-up CAPS-5 assessments, for about 414 assessments total. Interested firms should submit a capability statement of no more than five pages describing relevant experience, clinician qualifications and staffing capacity, quality assurance and assessment-fidelity procedures, compliance with human-subjects and regulatory training requirements, recommended NAICS code(s), and available contract vehicles. Assessments are to be conducted remotely using HIPAA-compliant video conferencing, with secure participant information and results exchange; oversight by doctoral-level clinical psychologists is required. This is a sources-sought market research notice, not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
