Description
The Bureau of Land Management is conducting market research for existing commercial warehouse and secured fenced yard space within a delineated area of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The requirement is for 5,000–6,000 ABOA square feet of storage warehouse space with at least two 12-by-12-foot drive-in doors, six parking spaces, and a 39,000–45,000-square-foot secured yard. The building must provide 24/7/365 access, and the yard must have suitable fencing, lighting, and gate access control. Properties in a 100-year floodplain will not be considered; the space and site must meet applicable building, fire/life-safety, and environmental requirements. Services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be included in the rental consideration. The anticipated lease term is 20 years, including a 15-year firm term. After the firm term, the Government may terminate the lease with 120 days’ written notice. Expressions of interest should include the property name and address, available warehouse and yard areas, floor and site plans and overhead-door specifications, parking confirmation, evidence of ownership or authorization to represent the owner, estimated rental rates with a fully serviced or triple-net breakdown, and authorized-contact information.
