Description
The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada requires external professional services under the Professional Audit Support Services requirement. The scope includes three components: Components 1 and 2 form one requirement and will be awarded under a single contract, while Component 3 may be awarded separately or together with Components 1 and 2, at Canada's discretion. The work supports ongoing assessment, maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of management frameworks and oversight activities, including governance, accountability, risk management, internal controls, and organizational resilience. The requirement is open to pre-qualified suppliers under Internal Audit and Financial and Accounting Services streams, and may result in up to two contracts. Components 1 and 2 are estimated at 180 days during the initial period; Component 3 is milestone-based. The proposed contract period runs from contract award through March 31, 2027, with four additional one-year option periods. A Secret clearance is required for the lead contractor, and Reliability Status clearance is required for other team members.
