Description
The City and Borough of Sitka is soliciting proposals from private sector developers for the development of Lot 16B at the Gary Paxton Industrial Park (GPIP). The selected developer will be responsible for the planning, financing, and construction of improvements on the lot in accordance with the city's vision for the industrial park. The RFP seeks to attract a qualified developer to enter into a development agreement with the city.
