Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting services for preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, replacement parts, service documentation, and pickup and return transportation for 39 Government-owned golf carts and utility vehicles. The fleet includes multiple electric golf cart and utility vehicle makes and models. The contractor must provide personnel, supervision, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation, and related services; perform maintenance consistent with manufacturer recommendations; identify safety deficiencies; and obtain authorization before performing separately billable repairs or installing separately billable parts. Services will primarily be performed at the Hampton VA Medical Center, with authorized off-site servicing permitted. The requirement includes a base period from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, plus four one-year option periods. Quotations must include pricing for all line items and option periods, a technical narrative addressing fleet capability and service approach, a signed Standard Form 1449, required representations and certifications, amendment acknowledgment, and the VA limitations-on-subcontracting certification.
