Description
The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to install two-inch nonmetallic conduit and pull boxes between the Ranger Office and Work Center, and install eight-strand outdoor fiber-optic cable with LC connectors between their network closets. The work includes trenching, backfill, and restoration of disturbed areas to natural grade, including seeding, fertilizing, and mulching; the Work Center parking lot requires washed-rock backfill and asphalt patching. Work is to be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays unless otherwise arranged with the Contracting Officer. The contractor must provide product submittals for materials, including technical data and warranty information for proposed equals, and submit fertilizer and seed information. The solicitation states that the work is to be performed under a firm-fixed-price BPA call and evaluated on a lowest-price, responsive/responsible basis.
