Description
The City of Hot Springs is seeking a supplier for liquid basic poly aluminum chloride (PAC), used as a coagulant/flocculant in municipal drinking-water and wastewater treatment. The product must meet specified chemical properties and applicable AWWA B408-25 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 requirements; an approved equal to DelPAC 1842 may be proposed with supporting technical documentation. Bids may cover tote-bin and bulk deliveries, with quantities ordered as needed. The supplier must provide delivery equipment, deliver within five days of an order, and include required shipping and product documentation with each delivery. The contract is for one year with four 12-month renewal terms, subject to annual budget approval.
