Description
The City of Lake Elmo is requesting proposals for a comprehensive master plan for a sports complex and central park. The scope includes site development and sports facilities scenarios with financial analysis for each option, community engagement, phased development recommendations, and a long-term park management plan. Preference will be given to professionals with a proven track record in multi-use sports complex and facility planning from concept through implementation.
