Description
UW Medicine is seeking a qualified and experienced strategic partner to expand its health system-owned Specialty Pharmacy Program, primarily by strengthening access to commercial, government, and pharmacy benefit manager specialty pharmacy networks. The selected contractor will assess current payer access, identify gaps and opportunities, develop a comprehensive payer access strategy and contracting roadmap, support payer negotiations and implementation, and provide ongoing reporting, analytics, executive dashboards, and performance management. The secondary scope includes specialty pharmacy growth strategy, program optimization, market development, limited-distribution-drug and manufacturer relationship strategies, accreditation readiness, industry benchmarking, operational best practices, data analytics, regulatory updates, and 340B program opportunity assessment. Proposals must include a technical and management approach, financial stability information, relevant experience and credentials, three comparable health system references, pricing, exceptions to contract terms if any, and contract-management information. The proposal package is limited to five submitted documents, including the main proposal, completed response certification, MWBE response form, sustainability questionnaire, and any Part 2 contract redlines.
