Description
The National Guard Bureau is conducting market research for 541 circular, 14-inch-diameter, 3/4-inch-thick wood or wood-based presentation plaques reproducing the National Guard Bureau seal. Plaques must include a recessed keyhole-style hanging slot, finished surfaces and edges, specified artwork and Pantone colors, professional presentation-quality graphics, and no manufacturer branding on the visible face. The Government will provide the artwork and retains all rights to it. The contractor must provide one production-representative preproduction sample for approval before manufacturing the remaining plaques. Packaging must protect each plaque during shipment, and staged deliveries are required: 200 plaques within 60 days after sample approval, another 200 within 30 days after the first delivery, and the remaining 141 within 30 days after the second delivery. This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation for proposals; respondents must submit capability information only and must not submit pricing or a proposal.
