Description
The County of San Luis Obispo is soliciting professional services from qualified consultants to develop the San Luis Obispo Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan Water Year 2026 Annual Report and submit it to the California Department of Water Resources by April 1, 2027. The solicitation package includes the sample contract, County travel policy, state guidance for annual reports and plan amendments, and the approved determination of the basin's 2022 Groundwater Sustainability Plan. The contract is planned to begin on or about November 1, 2026, and continue until the annual report is submitted and project files and data are delivered, with all work completed and the contract closed out by May 1, 2027. The proposal package requires separate technical and cost proposals in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, including the specified technical qualifications, staffing, references, scope, work plan, and fee information.
