Description
The Falmouth Retirement Board is seeking proposals from investment management firms to manage up to 4.5% of the Falmouth Retirement System's defined benefit plan in a passive high-yield bond product. The Board will consider only commingled vehicles. The retirement system's assets were approximately $252 million as of June 30, 2026, and the expected award is approximately $11 million, although the actual allocation may fluctuate with the portfolio's market value and the Board provides no assurance that it will commit this amount. The selected manager must be familiar with and agree to comply with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32, Chapter 176 of the Acts of 2011, and applicable investment guidelines administered by the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.
