Description
The Ocean County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualifications from attorneys to provide special conflict and litigation counsel services for a one-year contract term. The selected counsel will handle matters when the County Counsel's Office cannot represent the County because of a conflict, scheduling issue, or determination that specialized counsel is appropriate. The solicitation evaluates attorney qualifications, relevant experience and references, ability to perform the work timely, staffing, familiarity with the subject matter and County, office location, and overall responsiveness. Proposals must include qualifications and experience, a timely-performance statement, support-staff information, professional licenses and certifications, certificates of good standing, references, a fee schedule, a certificate of insurance, and completed solicitation forms. The County will accept only one electronic proposal through its online procurement portal.
