Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to replace the unreliable CCTV security system at Bellows Air Force Station on Oahu. The requirement includes eight CCTV cameras, an erosion-resistant pole, a monitor display, a network video recorder, and a computer tower capable of monitoring vehicle and pedestrian traffic around Buildings 108, 220, and 515. Quotes must address the solicitation requirements, provide technical descriptions or product literature, a delivery schedule, commercial warranty terms, pricing and discount terms, offeror information, and agreement with the solicitation terms. The response must include completed Sections 6 through 10 of the combined solicitation, a completed itemized price sheet with a comprehensive basis of estimate, and a completed SF 1449 with blocks 30a through 30c completed. Evaluation will consider technical acceptability and price.
