Description
The United States Air Force is seeking four shipping crates for 370-gallon F-16 fuel tanks. The crates must be built to SPI F01-253-7482, Configuration 2, pages 9–18, with dimensions of 222.50 by 50.00 by 31.00 inches, ISPM 15-treated wood, special markings, sorbent material, and the specified construction, cushioning, preservation, and packaging requirements. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, unloading equipment, and incidentals; deliver the completed crates on a covered low-bed truck; remove packing materials and debris; and restore the delivery area. The build and delivery must occur no later than 90 days after contract award unless otherwise agreed with the Government point of contact. Delivery will occur at Luke Air Force Base during coordinated weekday hours, and the contractor must provide delivery personnel information two weeks before delivery for base sponsorship. Quotes should remain firm through September 30, 2026, or state the maximum pricing-validity period if market volatility prevents that commitment. Funds are not presently available, and the Government may cancel the solicitation without reimbursing offeror costs.
