Description
Pirtle Construction, serving as construction manager for Florida International University's Student Health Center Expansion Project, is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors and vendors. The project includes a two-story horizontal expansion of approximately 10,751 gross square feet and selective interior renovations of approximately 7,887 square feet within the existing North and South Buildings of the Student Health Center. The work will expand and consolidate clinical and wellness services, with construction phased to maintain facility operations. Interested bidders may request the prequalification package by email. Bids must be submitted by email by the stated deadline.
