Description
Toronto Metropolitan University is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver Infoblox Trinzic X6 hardware appliances, NIOS/BloxOne software licenses, deployment, and associated maintenance and support services. Proponents may bid on one, two, or all three independently evaluated categories: a direct capital purchase, a 36-month finance lease, or a 60-month finance lease. Category A includes 12 months of maintenance; Categories B and C include maintenance and support throughout their respective lease terms. The University may award only one category or reject proposals based on total cost of ownership, value for money, and available budgets. The procurement uses a mandatory Proposal Acknowledgement Form and evaluates total evaluated fee. Category A will use the University's Master Services Agreement, while Categories B and C will use the proponent's lessor/vendor master equipment lease agreement with the University's rider. The notice states that the final agreement term for Category A is one year, Category B is 36 months, and Category C is 60 months.
