NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, November 17, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following: Highway 96 Abandoned Mine Lands Reclamation located in Greenwood, Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment. PR #9302502RR There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Conference. The State reserves the right to schedule future meetings. Description
The Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment is soliciting sealed bids for reclamation of abandoned mine lands associated with Highway 96 in Greenwood, Arkansas. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements and other federal regulations. A bid security of 5% is required if the bid exceeds $50,000. No pre-bid conference is scheduled, although the State reserves the right to schedule future meetings.
