Description
Liberty School District seeks bids for 1 Gbps internet access and data transmission, including leased lit fiber with internet access. Bids may include eligible components, installation, monthly service, Category 1 equipment, configuration, engineering, and maintenance. Any ineligible services must be separately identified and cost-allocated. A managed router compatible with the selected speed and network is optional. Bidders must provide service-level agreements, identify their business name and SPIN, and submit corresponding contracts with their bids. Category 1 providers must meet the stated eligibility requirements. Bids of 20 pages or fewer may be submitted by email; bids exceeding 20 pages must be mailed as two hard copies and the contact must be notified. The district will evaluate bids with price as the primary factor. Awards are contingent on E-rate funding and school board approval.
