Description
The City of Fort Smith is soliciting sealed bids for Phase A of its 2024 Capital Improvements Program traffic signal improvements project, Project No. 24-09-A. The bid package includes plans, specifications, a form of bid, a form of contract, and bid, performance, and payment bond forms. Bidders must provide bid security under Section 102 of the Standard Specifications and hold a license required by Act 150 of the 1965 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature, as amended. The City may waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
