Description
Westside School District is soliciting bids for two internal-connections projects. Project A includes installation of 91 CAT6 cabling runs in a new building wing, termination at IDFs and endpoints, and installation of one 12U locking rack cabinet. Bidders for Project A must attend one of two mandatory site visits, and must bid the entire project rather than individual components. Project B includes 22 compatible uplink cables, 22 network switches, four rack-mounted UPS units, and 20 wireless access points, with associated software and licenses where applicable. Equipment must be compatible with the district's existing Ubiquiti network, must not be refurbished, and must not be manufactured by an FCC-designated national-security threat. Bidders must submit the required C2 Cover Page, provide compatibility documentation when applicable, participate in the E-rate program, include a valid SPIN, and identify all applicable fees, surcharges, and taxes. Awards are contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval.
