Description
Greenwood School District is soliciting sealed trade bids for Phase 1 renovations to Greenwood High School Stadium. The work is to be performed as described in the project plans, specifications, and Construction Manager’s Manual. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on November 24, 2026. For bids exceeding $50,000, bidders must provide a cashier’s check or acceptable bid bond equal to at least 5% of the total base bid. The selected bidder must enter into the contract and execute the project-document forms within 10 days after notice of award. The district reserves the right to reject bids and expects to award within 60 days of bid opening; bids must remain firm during that period.
