Description
The State of Michigan, through the Department of Technology, Management and Budget on behalf of the Michigan Department of Corrections, is requesting professional engineering services for HVAC and related mechanical and electrical repairs at the Calhoun and Dickinson buildings of Women's Huron Valley Correctional Facility. The scope includes a Phase 100 comprehensive study, existing-system evaluation, recommendations with probable construction costs, and design services through Phases 300–500. The selected professional will also provide construction administration services under Phases 600 and 700, including construction progress meetings, site visits, testing, submittal and payment review, problem resolution, and closeout support. Proposals must include technical and cost components, project understanding and work plan, key personnel and resumes, organization chart, schedule, budget analysis, references for similar projects within the last five years, a signed Certification of a Michigan Based Business, Responsibility Certification, and Addendum Acknowledgment forms. The prime professional must be licensed to practice in Michigan.
