Description
The Charter Township of Ypsilanti is seeking ongoing professional branding, marketing, communications, creative content, and community engagement services. The selected firm will refine and manage the Township’s brand identity; develop brand standards, graphics, social media content, basic social video campaigns, newsletters, email and direct-mail materials; provide copywriting and design; support community storytelling; and provide strategic communications guidance. The scope includes monthly planning meetings with Township leadership and staff, employee brand training, and flexible support based on changing priorities and time-sensitive needs. Bidders must describe their company experience, proposed project team, understanding of the Township’s needs, approach and scope of services, work samples or portfolio, and at least three similar client references. Pricing must include a monthly fee for ongoing services and a separate hourly rate for optional, as-needed consulting, along with any limitations, exclusions, or anticipated pass-through expenses. The required Iran Linked Business Certification must be submitted with the bid. The final contract term, renewal options, start date, and monthly service level will be established with the selected firm.
