Description
The City of Oregon City is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Falcon Drive Sanitary Sewer project (CI 25-009). The work includes approximately 1,860 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, nine 48-inch-diameter manholes, approximately 490 linear feet of 4-inch sanitary sewer laterals, sanitary sewer flow bypassing, and related incidental work required by the plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted on City-prescribed forms and include statements concerning prevailing-wage compliance, resident bidder status, asbestos-removal licensing status, and Oregon Construction Contractors Board registration. A bid security equal to 10% of the total bid is required. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and labor-and-material payment bonds, plus a $30,000 statutory public works bond.
