Description
The State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, in conjunction with the United States Forest Service, is soliciting a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, and incidentals required to install one approximately 80,000-gallon water catchment and storage facility. The work includes constructing a minimum 170-by-220-foot catchment apron using 45-mil HDPE membrane or an approved equivalent, preparing and trenching the site, installing outlet piping, and connecting the apron to the storage system. The contractor must provide a corrugated steel ring tank with a concrete floor and metal roof, an overflow drain, inlet plumbing, and two frost-proof galvanized-pipe stub-outs for future wildlife-drinker and livestock-trough connections. The project is a lump-sum installation with no mandatory site visit; bidders are responsible for inspecting the site and including all mobilization and operating costs. Work must begin within seven calendar days of the notice to proceed and be completed by April 30, 2027, within a 212-calendar-day performance period. The response is submitted electronically through the procurement portal and includes mandatory online certifications, vendor information, and completion of the online bid table.
