Description
Utah Tech University is seeking a secure, cloud-based Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution combining low-code development with integration capabilities for APIs, databases, files, events, messaging, and custom logic. The platform must support cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments; Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on; role-based access; separate production and nonproduction environments; versioning and rollback; high availability and disaster recovery; API management; database and file integration; monitoring; governance; security; and scalable connectivity. The scope also includes architecture and implementation planning, configuration of environments and integrations, migration of selected existing scripts and interfaces, change-management support, hands-on training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing technical support. Proposals must include detailed technical and implementation responses, pricing, a completed matrix questionnaire, at least three higher-education references from similar projects completed within the last three years, security and compliance documentation, and a current W-9. The annual budget may not exceed $50,000, with implementation costs listed separately. The anticipated contract is one year with four annual renewal options, for a potential five-year total term.
