LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS RFB 2026-37 - Oils and Lubri- cants for Madison County REBID Sealed bids are due at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at the Madison County Division of Purchasing Office. Description
Madison County is soliciting bids for estimated quantities of motor oils, hydraulic oils, automatic transmission fluids, drivetrain and gear lubricants, grease, diesel additives, antifreeze, and diesel exhaust fluid. The specifications identify product grades and performance standards, allow equal products, and request unit pricing by item; quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed. Bidders may quote on any or all items. Delivery is FOB destination to county departments, including specified Highway and Solid Waste Department locations, with no minimum order or delivery charges. The contract term is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with the County reserving the right to extend it for up to 60 days.
