Description
The City seeks quotes for one or more listed motor oils, lubricants, transmission and hydraulic fluids, heat-transfer oil, and fuel additives. Vendors must provide current pricing, including delivery, and may quote equivalent products; proposed substitutions require product specifications for the City’s review. The City may award by item or to multiple vendors based on best value. This is a single purchase, and accepted products must be delivered within three business days of quote acceptance. Bulk deliveries require the vendor to provide the equipment and labor needed to pump fluids into the City’s storage tanks.
