Description
Dunn County is requesting proposals for a comprehensive bulk TV solution for The Neighbors of Dunn County, a 137-bed skilled nursing facility comprising three buildings. The selected contractor will provide all necessary equipment, installation, programming, training, and ongoing support for approximately 160 televisions. The solution must include a minimum of 60 channels (including Westerns, Game Show Network, Hallmark Channel, and local/national sports), three live stream channels for chapel broadcasts, and one to three information channels for facility communications. The system must integrate with the existing coaxial infrastructure, support both smart and non-smart TVs, and allow for channel updates at least twice per year. Optional add-on music channels should be priced separately. The contract will be for a five-year term with options to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. Proposals must be submitted in a specific format, including a sealed cost proposal, and are due by September 15, 2026.
