Local Internet Access Services Qualification

The Ministere de la Cybersecurite et du Numerique (MCN) of Quebec is issuing a qualification process to establish a list of qualified suppliers for local Internet access services (SALI). Qualified suppliers will be eligible to receive subsequent requests for pricing for contracts as needs arise. The qualification list is valid for a minimum of 60 months from issuance and is renewed annually. The scope of each subsequent contract will be determined based on the needs expressed by the MCN and its clientele. The technical requirements are detailed in the 'Devis technique'. The qualification process includes a public opening of submissions, which can be attended in person or via Microsoft Teams.
