Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide one year of commercial television programming services for approximately 787 drops serving offices, lounges, and pier-side connections across Navy installations in California and Nevada. The required programming includes basic news, information, local broadcast, public access, educational, and Pentagon Channel content for offices, with expanded sports and entertainment programming for lounges and additional variety programming and up to two premium channels for pier drops. The contractor must provide the technical, engineering, logistical, installation, maintenance, and support services necessary to deliver the service using cable, fiber, satellite, wireless, or another suitable technology. The scope includes contractor-owned infrastructure and equipment, compliant service infrastructure, interior cabling upgrades as needed, pier connectivity, and broadband internet infrastructure. Proposals must include separate technical, past-performance, and price volumes and address the solicitation's stated technical, formatting, and evaluation requirements.
