Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency is requesting a quote for telecommunications services to establish internet service in Delaware with minimum symmetrical upload and download speeds of 100 megabits per second. Pricing must identify monthly recurring charges and non-recurring charges, and quote line items must include the required descriptions, quantities, and units of measure. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services using a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation process. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns with a stated size standard of 1,500 employees. Access to the solicitation package is controlled and limited to entities with a DITCO Basic Agreement; access requests must include the requestor’s UEI or CAGE code for verification.
