The City of Eau Claire is seeking bids to modify and reconfigure the operation of traffic signals at two intersections: Hastings Way & Eddy Ln and Hastings Way & Melby St. The work includes adding per-lane signaling on the mainline and converting to protected-permitted flashing yellow arrow operation. Construction shall consist of removing existing signal structures and installing new monotube structures and traffic signals, and implementing new signal timings.
