50 Mbps Commercial Circuit for Intra-Southwest Asia Connectivity

The Defense Information Systems Agency, through its Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization Europe office, is seeking quotations for a 50 Mbps commercial circuit providing intra-Southwest Asia connectivity. Qualified telecommunications providers must have an active DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both the Government and the contractor before submitting a quotation. The requirement is restricted-access, with solicitation attachments available only to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes. Access requests must include the requestor's UEI or CAGE code. Quotations must identify monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and any applicable tiered pricing for additional service months. The procurement will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation process, with service-date and acceptance requirements specified in the controlled solicitation attachments.
