Description
Lamoille North Supervisory Union is soliciting proposals for delivered #2 fuel oil and/or propane for all schools and buildings within the district. Estimated #2 fuel-oil usage is 28,000 to 40,000 gallons. Fuel will be delivered automatically, with delivery timing coordinated with each building's maintenance supervisor. The solicitation identifies underground and basement storage tanks at campuses in Hyde Park, Johnson, Jeffersonville, Waterville, and Eden, Vermont. Bidders must provide delivered per-gallon pricing and may state a cap on total gallons. Prices must be guaranteed through June 30, 2027, while the contract period runs from award through June 30, 2028. Required submission materials include signed special conditions, general conditions, statement of qualifications, and proposed specifications schedule. Individual delivery slips showing the delivery location and date are required, and invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.
