Description
Ipas Bolivia invites local, community, activist, feminist, GLBTIQ+, accompaniment-network, and allied organizations to propose territorial actions that strengthen access to safe abortion and contraception. Eligible activities include information, counseling, accompaniment, social mobilization, referrals, community coordination, sexual and reproductive rights advocacy, community leadership development, and support for self-managed abortion and contraception. Proposals may cover one or two rural or urban municipalities in Bolivia, excluding municipalities identified in the terms of reference. Initiatives that strengthen community leadership, sustain self-managed abortion and contraception activities, and expand access to information, counseling, and services will be prioritized. The implementation period is October 2026 through June 2027. Proposals must include institutional information, organizational experience, a technical and programmatic proposal, an implementation schedule, and a budget in Bolivianos. Organizations lacking legal personality, a tax identification number, or an institutional bank account may apply through a legally constituted Bolivian organization that can receive, administer, transfer, and report the grant funds. The reference grant range is Bs 30,000 to Bs 50,000.
