Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing an Audio Visual (AV) Equipment Upgrade for Split Conference Rooms. This effort involves the design, installation, configuration, and testing of AV and collaborative web conferencing systems within two new, collocated conference rooms. These rooms are created by dividing a larger space with a sound-rated security curtain, and each will feature independent AV systems. The scope includes integrating Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) such as large-screen displays, rack cabinets, AV switching and control systems, and web conferencing equipment, along with Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) secure KVM equipment. The project requires the installation of specific brand-name items including Crestron DMPS3 Presentation Switchers, Crestron Touchscreens, Crestron WebConferencing Devices, JBL Ceiling Speakers, SurgeX Power Sequencers, Samsung Large Screen Displays, and associated installation hardware. The contractor will be responsible for providing AV cross-connects between the two systems, ensuring all equipment is housed in lockable half-racks, and managing conference table-mounted support electronics. Deliverables include as-built CAD drawings, source code for the AV control system, and an integrator's summary operating instructions. The period of performance is from October 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with the place of performance at Washington Navy Yard, DC.
