Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to procure an enterprise course creation SaaS solution. This solution must be fully compliant with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA standards, including system-enforced accessibility controls. The platform should enable collaborative course creation and asset sharing across organizations, and support the generation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) courses. The contractor will provide annual subscription licenses for 400 users, manage organizational structures, and host all courseware and assets. The output content must integrate with AgLearn's TotaraGov platform, a FedRAMP authorized solution. Key features include Single Sign-On (SSO) capability, optional SCORM or AICC conformance, and the provision of a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and Accessibility Statement with annual updates. The vendor must also provide training on the platform upon request.
