Description
Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation is soliciting one all-or-nothing award for 910 cabinet-specific video lottery terminal brackets covering IGT, Konami, Light & Wonder, and Interblock cabinet types. Each bracket must integrate a 6.2-inch Aristocrat NCompass player-tracking display and speaker assembly, an IGT player card reader, required mounting hardware, protected cable routing, and cabinet-specific attachment points. Brackets must be fabricated from cold-rolled steel, finished with a durable black wrinkle-texture powder coat, permanently identified, and warranted for at least one year. Installation is excluded; the procurement includes packaging, freight, delivery, and all other costs necessary for complete performance. Bidders must submit a completed bid package with base and configuration pricing, a cabinet-coverage matrix, compatibility and design confirmations, compliance with material and finish requirements, lead time and delivery information, warranty documentation, manufacturer and production details, exceptions, and at least two qualifying projects or customer references completed within the preceding seven years. Detailed shop drawings and any first article are post-award requirements. The contract term is two years with an optional additional one-year period, and future cabinet designs and purchases may be requested but are not guaranteed.
