Description
The Town of Cheektowaga is soliciting bids for as-needed air quality monitoring during the emergency demolition of fire-damaged and structurally deficient structures on privately owned properties. Services will be directed by the Office of Building, Plumbing and Fire Safety and are required during the one-year period from January 1 through December 31, 2027. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the November 17, 2026, bid opening. Each proposal must include a certified check or bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount.
