Description
This Sources Sought/RFI seeks vendors capable of providing, leasing, distributing, training on, repairing, and servicing HD medical scope equipment and related accessories. The requested solution includes a 4K 32-inch surgical medical-grade monitor; HD gastrointestinal, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and duodenoscopy video scopes; a heavy-duty wheeled cart; power supply, basket, and organizer; a combination light source and video system with approved VA TRM software and white, blue, and green wavelength observation modes; and compatible 12G-SDI and 3G-SDI cables. Respondents must provide vendor and SAM information, capability and product details, applicable GSA/FSS/BPA/IDC contract information, manufacturing and business-size information, OEM authorization details, and a table containing manufacturer, part number, specifications or brochures, place of manufacture, and unit pricing. Product brochures, specifications, and a 2025-or-later authorized distributor letter are requested when the respondent is not the manufacturer.
