Description
The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources, Division of Comprehensive and Coastal Zoning Planning, seeks a qualified lodging provider to furnish one pre-paid standard guest room for single occupancy for twelve nights on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The room must include a private bathroom with hot and cold running water, air conditioning, wireless internet access, regular housekeeping, and access to on-site or nearby parking if available. The hotel must be within a reasonable distance of government offices, meeting locations, or project sites on St. Thomas and comply with applicable health, safety, and fire regulations. The lodging provider must guarantee the room for the approved stay, provide written reservation confirmation upon payment or receipt of a purchase order, accept pre-payment or approved direct billing, maintain required business licenses and permits, and provide an itemized invoice showing room nights, nightly rate, taxes and fees, and total amount due. Dates will be designated by the Government, and accommodations are limited to authorized Department employees.
