Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is soliciting bids for a blanket purchase order covering new tires and tire services for minivans, trucks, trailers, golf carts, vans, mowers, tractors, semis, and related vehicles at Mexia State Supported Living Center. The scope includes tire supply, tire disposal, two-wheel and four-wheel alignments, dismounting and remounting, tire balancing, flat repair, and freight. The vendor must provide a list of available tires within 24 hours of notice, offer firm pricing through the contract term, and provide equal or better pricing than applicable state contract pricing. The facility will deliver tires to the vendor for disposal, and the vendor must be located within a 30-mile radius of the facility. Responses must include the completed and signed HHS Solicitation Affirmations and completed Exhibit C Pricing Sheet. Responses may be submitted by email, through the optional HHS Online Bid Room, or by hand delivery or overnight/express/priority mail on one USB drive, subject to the detailed submission instructions. The initial contract term runs from the date of award through August 31, 2027, with a possible extension of up to one year.
