Description
San Francisco Public Works seeks up to five pre-qualified consultant or joint-venture firms to provide professional civil engineering and related services for City projects on an as-needed basis. Assignments may vary in size and complexity, and contract service orders will be issued throughout the contract duration. Each selected proposer will receive a separate master agreement with a total contract value not to exceed $4,500,000. The contract term is five years, or 1,825 consecutive calendar days. Proposals must comply with a 20% Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subconsulting participation requirement and applicable good-faith outreach requirements. Prevailing-wage requirements apply to billing classifications subject to prevailing wages on public works projects, and applicable consultants must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of award.
