Description
The Newburgh Enlarged City School District is soliciting bids for Part B of its 2026–2027 fall athletic transportation program. The selected contractor(s) must provide school buses and qualified drivers for scheduled athletic trips involving Newburgh Free Academy and other district schools, including transportation to athletic competitions and events. The scope includes buses with capacities of 45, 65, or 66 passengers, buses with underloaders where specified, and multiple pickup routes and destinations identified in the trip schedule. The bid requires completion of the district-provided pricing spreadsheet for each listed trip. Services cover football, tennis, soccer, cross country, volleyball, cheerleading, and other athletic activities scheduled from October 2 through October 30, 2026. Contractors must comply with New York State transportation laws and requirements, maintain the quoted conditions for the contract duration, and provide required insurance and certifications.
