Description
Medina Valley Independent School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the ground-up construction of a new, approximately 100,000-square-foot, two-story public elementary school. The project is located at Blacktail Crest at Bonito Loop near Culebra Road and Highway 211 and has a stated budget of $47,000,000. A pre-proposal conference was held on August 19, 2026, at the MVISD Annex Cafeteria. Competitive sealed proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on September 10, 2026, at the Medina Valley Independent School District Central Office Building. Alamo Architects, Inc. is the architect/engineer of record.
