Description
Randolph Community College is requesting proposals for professional security services supporting its hybrid campus safety model. The contractor must provide trained, primarily unarmed security officers for visible foot and vehicle patrols, access control, visitor management, facility opening and closing, safety escorts, emergency response, incident reporting, Clery Act and Campus Security Authority reporting support, and coordination with the Asheboro Police Department and College personnel. Base coverage is estimated at 107–127 officer-hours per week across the Main Campus and Archdale Center, with continuous weekday and Saturday coverage at the Main Campus and as-needed coverage at the Archdale Center. Additional Sunday, special-event, holiday, emergency, and short-notice staffing may be requested. Proposals must include pricing both without and with a contractor-furnished security patrol vehicle, along with staffing, supervision, training, background-screening, licensing, insurance, references, technical approach, and service-continuity information.
